16: MISCALENOUS

Bloxademy offers Credits or Gift Cards for replacement appointments, worth the value required to book said appointment.

Whilst the systematic value of a credit / gift-card granted by us may be 15.00, you may have purchased the original lesson for a lower price (via a package, etc).

As such, using these credits / gift-cards to purchase any other product than the intended replacement appointment is forbidden. Reasonable attempts have been made to automatically stop such an incident, however if one occurs we are not required to honour the purchase and will instead cancel the product and provide you with a new replacement credit / gift card.

If you have already purchased a product illegitimately, you are liable to pay the proper price.

If you have any questions, please contact us at support@bloxademy.com.
