A. Booking Portal (Trafft Instance)

• Bloxademy uses Trafft, a secure third-party service, to manage lesson bookings.
• During account creation and appointment scheduling, the following information may be collected and is accessible to Bloxademy:

• • Gender (optional)
• • Date of Birth (optional)
• • Discord Profile (optional)
• • Virtual Signature confirming acceptance of the Terms of Service
• This data is manually submitted by you during signup.
• Trafft also automatically logs your IP address for purposes including:

• • Blocking abusive or fraudulent activity
• When purchasing a service:
• • An invoice is created with your name, email, and appointment information
• • A transaction record is generated with a Transaction ID
• Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal
• Payment details are never stored or accessible by Bloxademy

B. Discord Server

If you participate in Bloxademy’s Discord server:

B. Deleting Your Trafft Account

To delete your Trafft account:

• Log in to the booking portal
• Go to Profile Settings
• Select Delete Account

This will remove your personal details from Bloxademy’s Trafft system.

C. Discord Data

• Data collected through Discord cannot be deleted by Bloxademy.
• For deletion, you must contact Discord directly or delete your Discord account.
